17-4PH is a precipitation-hardened martensitic stainless steel, used for pieces which require high mechanical strength, important resilience and also good fatigue resistance. This metal is remelted by using the ESR method in order to combine a good homogeneity and structural isotropy with excellent mechanical properties (longitudinal and transversal direction).

Key benefits

  • Excellent mechanical properties

  • Very resilient

  • Multipurpose alloy
